3. What should I do if a quotation wanted?
1) Size (Length x Width x Height)
2) Paper Material and Surface Finish.
3) Box Type and Style
4) Printing Color.
If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design drawing for better evaluation. Samples will be the best for evaluation. If you have no samples, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
If you don't have an idea of the shape, the size, the surface finish, you can provide us the product information, and we will provide you our professional advice.
4. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm
3) Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better
5. How do I measure a box?
The proper sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place the carton in front of you with the open end up. Length is the longest open end dimensions from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is the remaining dimension from top to bottom.
6. How soon can I get a price quote?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry and all information confirmed. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry as first priority.
7. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 3000 pcs. It is recommended for you to order a 20”GP or 40”HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
8. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
We sell over 10,000 different kinds of box and bag and we are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be happy to check whether or not this is an item that we can do.
9. Do you have a price catalog?
We are a professional packaging & printing manufacturer. All of our packaging products are customized as per customer’s requirement, so we do not have a price catalog.
10. Do you have stock products to sell?
No. We work on OEM orders. It means size, material, quantity, design and packaging solution will depend on your requests. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
11. Can I get a sample?
Yes, for some stock items, we can send you free samples, as for the considerable international express cost, would be charged still. But for customized sample, due to the high setup cost of the printing press and die-cut, we usually charge you 100-350USD as the sample making fee based on the actual box size, printing and finish. And this payment will be used as part of the mass production fees once the order is confirmed and your order quantity reaches 20,000pcs or above.
12. How soon can you finish the mass production?
The sample box usually takes 5-7 working days. Once the mass production is confirmed, we will finish the mass production within 14 working days even if your order quantity is more than 10,000pcs. Sometimes it may need 21 work days if there is too much hand work involved.
13. How to control your quality?
We have the most advanced automatic inspection machine. We will do 100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging. Of course, you can arrange a third party to come and check quality before shipping.
14. How do you ship the finished products?
1) By sea
2) By plane
3) By couriers, TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.
15. How Can I arrange shipment?
1) If you want to use your pointed shipping forwarder, just give me their contact info then I will arrange the shipment for you.
2) If you don’t have pointed shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port so that I can give you quotation and then I will arrange shipment, you will not have headache even you have no experience on it, our professional team will give you professional advice, we can give you shipping cost with delivery time for your confirmation.
16. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc.
17. What about the payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Master Card, Visa Card. 30% deposit, the balance before shipment.
